A typical corporate Yoga class runs from 45 minutes – 1 hour and can be before work, after work and/or during lunchtime. To make sure that your employees get the most out of Yoga, we recommend that you book in 1 – 2 sessions per week for at least 8 -12 weeks. Nourish Yoga also offers one-off sessions and workshops.
